Q: What does it cost to have us come out to diagnose your machine?
A: To come out to you home and diagnose you machine, ASE charges,
$85, which is credited towards the cost of the repair, if the customer
approves the estimate, riding mowers and commercial equipment is $100
Q: What forms of payment to you accept?
A: Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App
We Do offer discounts for Cash!
Q: Where are you located?
A: ASE is a mobile business meaning, we have a service truck, loaded
with parts and tools and we bring the shop to you! We do not have a brick
and mortar location for you to drop your machine off to.
Q: What do you do with the old oil?
A: ASE has a waste oil tank on the truck and brings any and all waste back
with us!

Q: Does gasoline go bad?
A: gasoline containing 10% ethanol will start to get condensation in it and
being to go bad within 3 months
Q: Do you offer a warranty on your work
A: Parts and labor are covered with a one-year warranty to the original
purchaser
Q: Do we sell parts?
A: No, we only provide parts for machines for customers we are working
on, we do not sell parts for retail customers
